Illinois Crusaders Football Fee Breakdown

Player Registration Fee: $900

This is the direct registration cost for participating in the season.

Sibling Discount

A sibling discount is available for families with multiple players in the program.

Families should contact the Illinois Crusaders Board for details on sibling discounts and approval.

Registration Payment Plan

Families using a payment plan will follow this schedule:

• July 27 — $300 deposit due

• August 15 — $200 payment due

• September 1 — $200 payment due

• October 1 — Remaining balance due: $200

Total Registration Payments: $900

All registration fees must be paid in full by October 1.

If a family is unable to complete full payment by October 1, they must speak with the Illinois Crusaders Board before the deadline to discuss their situation and determine next steps.

Calendar Fundraiser

Each family is expected to complete the 31-Day Calendar Fundraiser.

• Days 1–31 are sold at face value

• Total calendar value: $496

• Calendar fundraiser money due: September 1

• Calendar drawing: September 4

The calendar fundraiser helps cover the program's overall costs and keeps the direct registration fee at $900.

Calendar Fundraiser Buyout

Families may choose to buy out of the calendar fundraiser.

Calendar Fundraiser Buyout: $496

If a family chooses not to participate in the calendar fundraiser, they are responsible for paying the $496 buyout.

• Applies to players only

Important Note

The calendar fundraiser is required unless the family chooses the buyout option. Families may either sell the full calendar fundraiser amount of $496 or pay the $496 buyout.
