Coach Burgin

Dennis J. Burgin is an Emmy® Award–winning television Director, Producer, and Editor with over 30 years of experience in media, earning multiple Emmy® nominations for his directing and collaborative work. His expertise spans production, communications consulting, digital workflow development, and creative strategy, with a passion for creating projects that inform, inspire, and motivate.

Alongside his media career, Dennis is a Christ-centered football coach with more than 20 years of experience, dedicated to developing young men of character, discipline, and faith. A former Wheaton College football player, he brings strong leadership, vision, and communication skills to every role he undertakes. Dennis currently serves as Director of Production at Wheaton Bible Church, where his media background and heart for ministry advance the mission of Christ.

Dennis has been married to his wife, Laura, also known as “Mrs. Coach,” for 30 years. They have three adult children—Riley, Cameron (and daughter-in-law Syndi), and Melanie—and recently celebrated becoming grandparents with the birth of their granddaughter, Eleanor.
